"Nose on the Grindstone" is a Tyler Childers song that fans knew for years from a live OurVinyl session, released May 30, 2017. It finally got an official studio release as a single on June 12, 2025, and then on his album Snipe Hunter on July 25, 2025. Here is my cover of it with the Yazoo Ramblers, which I posted to the channel on June 12, 2026.
Childers is credited as writer with his father, Timothy Childers, whose advice inspired the song.
Why I picked it
Hard work and sober living will give you the break you need.
