"Far Away Eyes" is the sixth track on the Rolling Stones' 1978 album Some Girls, credited to Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. It was released June 9, 1978, as the B-side of the single "Miss You". Here is my cover of it with the Yazoo Ramblers, which I posted to the channel on June 13, 2026.
Rolling Stone magazine put it at No. 73 on its list of the 100 Greatest Rolling Stones songs.
Why I picked it
The stare off to somewhere else.
